i know this tutorial is old but does anyone know how i can modify the script so that the visualizer bar becomes invisible when theres no audio detected? i managed to make it flow in just one direction but im struggeling with the invisible part

I have this issue where when I use puppet warp or any sort of movement effect on a transparent cutout I make it makes the parts of the character that move outside of where the original pixels were invisible and sort of cuts it off. Even putting things like godrays on something doesn't allow them to travel outside of where the character is into the transparent space around them. Have not been able to find the reason for why that's happening yet.

Is there a way to invert this? Or make parts of the layer that don't match with the blend texture dissappear? I have a layer that's slightly bigger than the blend texture so when the x-ray sprite goes over part of the layer, regularly it just shows the blend texture as well as part of the layer that overlaps the blend texture. But I need the part of the texture that's overlapping to disappear with the rest of the layer when the x-ray sprite goes over it

i was about to finish the last part of the video but the raindrop texture is missing and giving a 404 :( Too bad the normal map works and the texture that I actually need doesnt.

FOR ANYONE WHO IS ASKING "How do I change the color on the waveform?" The easiest way to do this is to open the "bar.png" file on an editor program (MS paint never fails in this situation) and then paint onto the square whatever color you would like. Note that this only will allow for solid colors, I have yet to try to have it be multi colored.
